Additional charges for Oven, hob and extractor degreased and sanitised. (Example: Single oven, hob and extractor will be £40. For larger ovens we will provide a price on request)
Charges will apply for larger properties with additional reception rooms, conservatories, utility rooms and bathrooms etc, quotes available on request.
Aborted bookings, for whatever reason, will be charged at £80.00
The fixed end of tenancy cleaning prices quoted include all labour, materials, and treatments. There are no hidden charges.
Kitchen including sink, cupboards, drawers, tiles & surfaces. White goods including fridge cleaned and freezer sanitised.
Washing machine and dishwasher cleaned.
Bathroom thoroughly cleaned throughout including descaling and sanitising of all sanitaryware.
All floors hoovered. All carpets deep cleaned. All hard floors mopped
All internal windows cleaned. All surfaces dusted including skirting boards.
Any additional cleaning issues identified at the time of clean will be addressed, not limited to but including spot cleaning of walls, doors and frames, switches and sockets and exterior of downstairs windows. All to ensure the property is left sparkling clean throughout
